Lauren Kett, MD, PhD
Lauren Kett is an Instructor in Neurology where she sees patients with motor neuron disease in the Sean M. Healey and AMG Center for ALS. She joined the Lagier-Tourenne Laboratory in 2019 during her residency in Neurology. She is interested in understanding the disease mechanisms underlying ALS and related neurodegenerative disorders with the goal of developing novel therapeutic targets. Her current project is focused on the accumulation of dipeptide repeat proteins in C9orf72-related ALS. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and playing soccer.
