Sandeep Aryal, PhD, Post doctoral Researcher

I joined Lagier-Tourenne lab as a postdoctoral research fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School in May 2021. I am originally from Nepal, a Himalayan nation. I came to the US in 2015 and graduated from the University of Delaware in 2021. I am interested in the role of RNA-binding proteins in disease and development. My interest spans over neurobiology, neurodegenerative diseases, lens and eye development, and computational biology. One of the projects I am working on right now is the high throughput data analysis for TDP-43 RNA targets. In my free time, I enjoy traveling and reading all kind of books.
